There aren't many times in a mans life when he can honestly say his wife speaks for him, but this is one time when I find it hard to add to what Heidi said.

So let me tell you about your middle name, Milton. Milt was my father who passed away almost 9 years ago. Though you didn't know him, you can get an idea of what he was like just by looking at me. He was the warmest, funniest and most gentle man I've ever known, and is still so much a part of my life. I feel him with me everyday. I pray that I can give to you what he gave to me.

Every day when I sit there staring at you I can't believe my good fortune. First my lil popsicle Madison and now you.

Ben, someday you'll learn about what your mom went though to have you. It was tough, but she came through it like the angel that she is, words can't describe your mom, and how lucky we all are to have her.
